The Prescription Drug Locator is a price comparison tool that allows users to search for and compare prescription drug prices at participating pharmacies. This service is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not Insurance

This program is not insurance. The prescription savings program cannot be combined with any insurance or government-sponsored benefit program. Users are responsible for paying 100% of the purchase price for all drugs. Prices displayed are estimates and may vary by drug and by pharmacy.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, Patriot Health Florida, Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the pricing information displayed. Actual prices at the pharmacy counter may differ from those shown on this site. We recommend confirming prices with the pharmacy before purchasing.

5. Eligibility and Use

This service is intended for use by individuals located in the United States. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not use this service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Patriot Health Florida, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Discount Medical Plan Disclosure

These plans do not meet the Minimum Creditable Coverage requirements under M.G.L. C. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. These plans do not qualify as a health plan under the Affordable Care Act. The Discount Medical Plans described on this site are provided by Patriot Health Florida, Inc., A Discount Medical Plan Organization. The plan provides discounts to certain health care providers for medical service and does not make payments directly to the providers for medical services. The range of discounts for medical services provided under these plans will vary depending on the type of provider and service received. The member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with Patriot Health Florida, Inc., Located at 2540 Metrocentre Blvd Suite #5, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, 800-292-3797. DISCOUNT MEDICAL PLANS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL STATES.

Prescription Pricing Disclosure

This program is not insurance. The Program cannot be combined with any other insurance or government program(s). The cardholder is responsible to pay 100% of the purchase price for all drugs. The purchase price includes the discounted cost of the drug plus all dispensing fees. The cardholder pays the lower of the discounted drug cost plus dispensing fees, or the participating pharmacy's cash price to customers. The purchase price may vary by drug and by pharmacy. Discounted drugs must be purchased only at participating pharmacies. All discounted drugs may not be available at all participating pharmacies.
